When brilliant people come together, you can feel the chemistry in the room. Bouncing ideas off one another and making more of an impact than they could ever do alone. We’ve built the identity around brilliance — everything from typefaces, colour palette, monogram have been inspired by the idea of collaborative energy and the impact it can make.

 
 

The monogram is a meticulous assembly of shapes that cluster around a central core. It’s more than just a coming together; it’s a celebration of precision, craftsmanship, and technique.

 
 

At the heart of the new brand expression is a flexible element, called brilliance, that offers a visual representation of this, showcasing layers of knowledge and expertise converging. It’s not just about individuals coming together, but the chemistry that sparks when such brilliance finds a shared purpose.

 
 
 
 

The brand palette is vibrant and bold, it evokes the brilliance of innovative thinkers — shining brightly, much like a mind alight with a groundbreaking idea.

 
 

To empower creatives and designers working across the world, a bespoke tool was created to generate infinite unique combinations of brilliance to be used in both static and motion applications.

 
 

In partnership with NaN, we developed two bespoke typefaces for AtkinsRéalis.

The ‘Gamechanger’ typeface, inspired by the monogram’s construction, is a nod to a dedication to engineered precision.

 
 

Designed for clarity, ‘Bienvenue’ is crafted to ensure sharp rendering, especially at smaller sizes. Its characteristics — straight descenders, precise assembly, and matching alternate characters — mirror the headline Gamechanger font, ensuring a harmonious expression side-by-side.

 
 

On signage, the brilliance takes on a tangible, three- dimensional form, with each layered sheet of metal bearing a distinct hue. And environments are designed to inspire. Whether it’s through purposeful colour applications or adaptable spaces that promote collaboration, the goal is to foster a sense of belonging and inspiration.
